I contacted various suppliers of rock sweets for our trade show, and due to Lisas quick and efficient service I placed our order with you.   We were on a tight schedule, but thanks to Lisa, and your supplier, we received the sweets 2 days earlier than advised!

Once the order was placed Lisa went on holiday, but has contacted me today to check we received the order.   Even though it was a low value order, Lisa has ensured that your company name sticks in my mind should we need any other promotional items.
